Be Aware
There are more and more new entrants into the Mortgage Industry every day, and many of these new "Brokers" have little or no experience and limited training before being let loose on an unsuspecting public.

-
Do they have current Professional Indemnity Insurance to cover their professional duties as a mortgage broker?
-
How long have they been in the Mortgage Industry?

-
How do they get paid?
-
