6. We will follow up regularly with the lender to ensure that your loan application is being processed as smoothly and efficiently as possible and your approval is granted in the quickest possible time.
7. We will keep you informed of your loan application's progress at every step of the way.
8. We will meet with you prior to settlement to explain the mortgage documents to you and assist you by witnessing them.
9. We will be available to you at all times following settlement and encourage you to call us if you ever have any questions regarding your loan.
