Financial Destiny was formed by Todd O'Brien in 1992, and is an independently owned and operated South Australian Mortgage Broking business. We were one of the very first Mortgage Brokers in the State to be accredited by lenders. Importantly we are not part of any franchise or master group, and we do not sell our own loans. This allows us to provide advice specifically tailored to your situation without bias, and without anyone interfering or limiting us.

We are a Full Member of the mortgage industry's governing body, the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). Our commitment to continuing education and professional development combined with our years of lending experience, ensures you will receive the highest quality advice and service at all times.

Through membership of an aggregation service we are able to offer you a choice of over 45 lenders on our panel, including major banks, building societies, credit unions, non bank lenders and non conforming lenders. We have access to over 600 different loan products.

Part of our commitment to you is our use of technology, including up to the minute loan software that allows us to compare the lenders and the different loan products and features, interest rates, fees, repayments etc.
